Construction on our new project, the “Komoto Loft” in San Francisco has started.
The Komoto Loft is our first project that uses a new highly personal program analysis with an in-depth review of the existing spatial conditions to create a truly custom and bespoke design process and solution.
We are excited to announce our first joint project with Global Partners for Development.
Our first collaboration will involve the comprehensive development of a water treatment site on the shores of Lake Victoria in Homa Bay, Kenya. The project will include a new wastewater treatment system by 374Water, around which we will develop an entire infrastructure that is based on a modular unit that can be built by local craftsmen with local materials in order to create a circular economy of communal, educational and commercial features.

We are excited to announce our partnership with Global Partners for Development (GPFD) a non-profit organization focused on community-driven development in East Africa. GPFD is dedicated to identifying and implementing projects in the critical areas of health, education, and water, with the goal of improving the lives of local communities.
We are very excited to announce that the preliminary funding for the Feet First Foundation Center has been granted and that we are currently in the process of looking for a site to further develop and build our proposed design on.

Nottoscale has just received the building permit approval for our new off-grid home in Arizona. Raven’s Bluff is a 500 sf structure that is built around the idea to visually frame and connect the architecture with the vast surrounding landscape to provide a truly immersive experience.
Construction is expected to start in late 2022.
Peter Strzebniok of nottoscale was invited to speak at the international conference on Modular and Prefabricated Construction in San Francisco, US to present our approach to modular architecture.
Peter Strzebniok of nottoscale is teaching a class on prefabrication and modular architecture at the California College of the Arts this fall semester and is looking forward to further investigate modular architecture on an academic level.
Nottoscale just returned form a trip to Germany and Poland where we finalized our collaboration with ResiLab, a residential developer out of Berlin, with whom we will bring the Modulome to the European Market.

Nottoscale is excited to announce its collaboration with EPIC (Ex-Prisoner Integration center), a program spearheaded by Lisa Newman-Polk that is aiming at developing a space for the re-introduction of former prisoners into society.
We are excited to announce that nottoscale started working on the Sabaretnam Residence in Palo Alto. The project is for a remodel of a house on University Avenue in which the old system of Vastu , a ancient Indian architectural system, is going to be integrated.
